it had an edwardian watch chain/dog clip as a fastener so I have replaced with a vintage bolt ring - so sadly I'm not sure what the original fastener was to help identify or date more precisely

so it may yet rise up a little if it contains a few more curves

Its really very sparkly. Hat pin or perhaps use as hair pin? slight point but the point is fairly blunt. Crescent moon shape, with nice big stones! Measures: 15cm total height, moon is just over 3cm high Condition: Pin a little scuffed, but fairly straight. May have been silver plated as some age darkening, looks like a base metal underneath. Immediately
